Highland Lakes Service League on a mission

Carolyn Richmond, president of the Highland Lakes Service League, paid Ed and Kay a visit and brought news about the league’s grant program. The Highland Lakes Service League’s mission is helping area nonprofits, and one of the ways it does so is by awarding grants.
