Howdy-Roo and goodbye

The annual Howdy-Roo chili cook-off is Saturday-Sunday, May 4-5, at Lakeside Pavilion in Marble Falls. Chili needs to be turned in by 1 p.m. on both days. A business chili cook-off is Saturday. Howdy-Roo organizer Vickie Hill told KBEY 103.9 FM listeners how the event will honor the late Carrie Kinnison, a longtime organizer of the cook-off.
