DailyTrib.com provides breaking and daily news online, in email newsletters, and on K-BEY 103.9 FM Radio Picayune. As a printed weekly newspaper, The River Cities Sunday Tribune, which stopped publication in November 2012, was named the best small newspaper in Central Texas. A full-color, glossy magazine, 101 Fun Things to do in the Highland Lakes lists the area’s seasonal attractions and services with all the information readers need to go there and enjoy. More than 100,000 magazines are printed and delivered throughout the year. Publication is divided into two seasonal issues: Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. Pick up 101 Fun Things To Do in the Highland Lakes magazine at hundreds of drop points throughout the area, including businesses, restaurants, and the Visitor’s Center at 100 Avenue G.

The Picayune Area-Wide Phonebook is widely recognized as the go-to yellow-page directory for the Highland Lakes. It is distributed virtually everywhere to locals and visitors. Its colorful, glossy cover and smaller dimensions are some of the book’s many competitive features that make it easy to handle and keep at home or in a hotel room, a restaurant or a vehicle.
