Honoring a Hero: Marble Falls Area Volunteer Fire Department Invites Public to Station #2 Dedication

Chief Derrick Curtis and Chris Louviere took a break from saving the world this morning to hang out in the studio with Mac and talk free burgers and hot dogs, and to announce the official opening and dedication of the new Michael E. Phillips Fire Station (Station #2). Located at 6423 County Road 120, this critical new public safety facility expands emergency coverage for Burnet County ESD No. 6. The department is inviting the community to a grand opening Open House on Saturday, June 27th at 11:00 AM, featuring free burgers, hot dogs, cookies, and station and equipment tours for the family.
