Celebrating 20 Years of Conservation & High-Stakes Fun with the Lake Buchanan/Inks Lake Chamber

Big things are happening on the north end of the Highland Lakes! Jeri Devereaux, Executive Director of the Lake Buchanan/Inks Lake Chamber of Commerce, stopped by the morning show to share two major events hitting our lakeside community.

First, the Chamber is hosting a community celebration to honor the Lake Buchanan Conservation Corp (LBCC) for 20 years of dedicated service to our local waters and surrounding land. The free public event kicks off at 5:30 PM with a formal presentation and awards ceremony recognizing past and present board members and founders. Guests will enjoy a free community cookout, anniversary cake, and live music from James Ridge! While admission is completely free, RSVPs are required on the Chamber’s website to ensure an accurate food headcount.

Additionally, Jeri dropped all the details on the Chamber’s upcoming Ultimate Vegas Casino Night—a signature evening featuring casino games, food, prizes, and entertainment designed to bring neighbors together while raising funds for local business and tourism programs.
