Service League stays busy

The Highland Lakes Service League recently awarded grants to community nonprofits, collected toys for the KBEY-Picayune Toy Drive, and is planning its annual Chuck Wagon Chowdown fundraiser, which is Jan. 25 at the YMCA in Burnet. Tickets go on sale Dec. 3. The league’s Linda Baker and Suzanne Hays visited the KBEY 103.9 FM studio to talk about the group’s mission. Listen below.
