Kevin Fowler headlines Project 316

Kevin Fowler is headlining the third annual fundraiser for Project 316 on Saturday, Oct. 1, at Haley-Nelson Park in Burnet. The nonprofit offers assistance to families of police officers who have lost their lives. Founder Cristina Meza and Burnet Police Capt.
