HARTH Foundation is excited for its first Hoe Down on Nov. 11 at Horseshoe Bay Resort, benefiting its equine-assisted programs. The foundation’s Melisa O’Shields told KBEY 103.9 FM listeners about the need for sponsors and auction items.
