Kirk Noaker shares COVID-19 story

Burnet County resident and Magistrate Judge Kirk Noaker shared his COVID-19 story. Both he and his wife, Jessica, contracted the disease in June. They both have recovered, and he wanted to let the listeners know the seriousness of COVID-19.
