Highland Lakes Service League offering scholarships to women

Carolyn Richmond, president of the Highland Lakes Service League, stopped by to remind KBEY 103.9 FM Radio Picayune listeners that the league is accepting applications for scholarships for adult women returning to college and/or attending a certification program in pursuit of a career goal.
