We’re hoping this BBQ competition goes to the Dawgs!

Mike Erickson, culinary arts teacher at Burnet High School, stopped by to tell us about the State of Texas High School Barbecue Cook-off on Saturday, May 5, at Burnet High School. Teens from across the state will be competing in barbecue and metal work. The public is invited. Judges are still needed. (It’s a tough job, but you can do it!)
