Bluebonnet Airsho set for takeoff

Ed and Kay got a chance to visit with Jim Hower of the Highland Lakes Chapter of the Commemorative Air Force about the 25th anniversary of the Bluebonnet Airsho. The fun starts Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Burnet Municipal Airport. Gates open at 10 a.m., and the air show is noon-4 p.m. Enjoy the CAF museum and check out the planes up close before they take to the air.

Tickets are $15 for adults; $10 for seniors and military members and $5 for ages 6-17. To purchase tickets, go to bluebonnetairshow.com.
