Lace up for Traverse Running summer series

Another great “JBar Weekend Restroom Report” today! Jason Jamar brought in Brad Quinn to talk about Traverse Running’s summer series.

Traverse Running was started by Brad and his wife, Nyla, with the first event in honor of Capt’n Karl, Nyla’s late father. It’s now grown to five road and trail races with distance options for all experience levels.
