Help Stamp Out Hunger with postal service food drive

U.S. Post Master Alan Smith and Sam Pierce of The Helping Center of Marble Falls sure made our Monday just a bit brighter when they stopped by the studio.

They came by to remind us that Saturday, May 14, is the U.S. Post Office’s 24th annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. All you have to do is fill the bag your postal carrier provides this week (or use your own bags) with non-perishable food items and leave it at your mail box — your carrier will do the rest!

Food collected locally will go to The Helping Center and St. Joseph’s Pantry in Granite Shoals.
