Library Olympics, adult programs coming up at Burnet library

March 15, 2016

Give Rebecca Noah and Deann Randle gold medals for stopping by the KBEY studio this morning! They were here to fill us in on the Herman Brown Free Library’s Spring Break party from 10:30 a.m.-noon Wednesday, March 16 — the Library Olympics!

This free event will include Olympic-style games with prizes, contests and crafts. Attendees will be getting a preview of the 2016 Summer Reading Club. And that’s not all! There are several upcoming adult programs! The Color Me Calm adult coloring program is also taking place tomorrow at the library, and next Wednesday, Kelly Tarla, the Burnet County AgriLife Extension agent will be at the library with spring planting suggestions.

Fun for the whole family at the Herman Brown Library, located on the courthouse square in Burnet.
