Highland Lakes Family Crisis Centers accepting donations for residents

December 8, 2015

We enjoyed visiting with Alma Lahman, executive director of the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center, about preparations to make sure the center’s residents have a Merry Christmas.

They are in need of toys for boys and girls and clothing and jewelry for the children’s mothers. Donations may be dropped off at the Good Neighbor Thrift Store, 502 RR 1431 in Marble Falls.

Also, Alma wanted to remind everyone about the center’s candlelight vigil on Dec. 17 at Johnson Park in Marble Falls. For more information on either event, call (830) 693-3656.
