Fundraiser for ‘Little Payton’ features BBQ, auction and music

We sure enjoyed visiting with Teresa Wall and Candace White about a fundraiser for “Little Payton” starting at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Burnet County Fairgrounds and Rodeo Arena, 1301 Houston Clinton Drive in Burnet.

Along with chances to win prizes at Uptown SALON on the courthouse square in Burnet, there will be barbecue plates, a silent auction, washer tournaments and live music at the fairgrounds. The event is to raise money for 4-year-old Little Payton, who has been battling an aggressive form of cancer since she was 5 months old.
