Rib-Alicious benefit barbecue cook-off is April 4-5

It was wonderful visiting with Sabra Hennigan (center) and her father, Gail (right), aka “Ole Coot,” (seen here with KBEY’s Ed Chandler) about this weekend’s Rib-Alicious benefit barbecue Cook-off at Totties on Main Street in Marble Falls.

Along with the Lone Star Barbecue Society-sanctioned competition April 4-5, there also will be plates available for purchase. You can eat this delicious barbecue at Totties, 806 Main St. in Marble Falls, and enjoy live music by Elliot Fikes, or you can have the plates delivered to you. Proceeds from the dinners and the competition will benefit the Carl New Memorial fund to help a “B/C” student attend trade school.
