New youth aviation club holding open house Sept. 28

A big thanks to David Smiles, the executive director of the Burnet County Freedom Flyers, for visiting with us Thursday morning! If you know someone ages 14-20, tell them to go by the Freedom Flyers hangar, 3202 U.S. 281 South in Burnet, from 10 am. to noon Saturday during an open house for a new club: Aviation Exploring Post 287. The event is free and lunch will be served.
