Coy Gunter: Play golf for a good cause Aug. 17
August 15, 2013
It sure was great visiting with one of our favorite guests, Coy Guenter of Marble Falls Fire and Rescue this morning! Coy is Captain of Marble Falls Fire and Rescue and a friend and fellow Marble Falls High School alum of Mike Ripple, who is battling a rare form of cancer. Coy has organized a benefit golf tournament in conjunction with the high school’s 1980’s mega-reunion this Saturday, August 17 in Marble Falls. The tourney will be at Hidden Falls Country Club at Meadowlakes. It starts at 10 a.m., and is a 4-person scramble.
Proceeds raised will help Mike and his family with medical expenses. Everyone is invited to come out and have fun supporting a MF Mustang alum from the class of ’87!
If you would like to sponsor a hole or donate a prize for the Mike Ripple Benefit Golf Tournament, you can call Mike Thelen at Thelen and Associates: (830) 693-3394. Help support a Marble Falls Mustang Alum from the class of 1987, and all around great guy, Mike Ripple!
